Offered only on the internet. Available for dual enrollment by students currently taking high school physics. Permission is required.

PHZ 4113          Mathematical Physics I          3

Prerequisite: MAC 2313.

Algebra of complex numbers, Taylor series, Fourier series, vector algebra and calculus, and curvilinear coordinates.

PHZ 4114          Mathematical Physics II        3

Prerequisite: MAP 2302 and PHZ 4113.

Special functions, boundary value problems, partial differential equations, series solutions, and integral transforms.
