SCHOLARSHIPS
The University offers a wide variety of scholarships and grants. To apply
for undergraduate merit awards, prospective students should contact the
Office of Admissions. To apply for graduate merit awards, students should
contact the academic department of their program. Newly admitted
undergraduate students are automatically considered for need-based
scholarships if a financial aid file is complete by March 1st.
The UWF Foundation provides scholarships that are made possible by private
contributions. Selection criteria and awarding sources vary. However, the
University's centralized scholarship processing provides for automatic
distribution of all applications to all applicable awarding sources.
