Logon Information

UWF Students/Faculty/Staff: Your WEPA username is your UWF e-mail address. Your WEPA password is the same as the password you use to sign into your e-mail or onto other University computers.  If you are affiliated with UWF (faculty, staff, or student) and you've used your Argonet account to log onto one of the library computers the wepa system will use those credentials for the wepa application.

Guests: Before you can print in the library you have the option to create your own WEPA account. To do this, visit the WEPA website and click the "Register" link.  "Guest" printing (no logon) is also supported.

Argonet account printing with wepa

Complete your work as you normally would. When you are ready to print, use the application's print button to bring up the list of printers you have access to.

Note: The wepa BW (black & white) printer is the default printer. Jobs sent to this printer will only print single-sided.  If you want to print in color, or if you want to print double-sided, select the appropriate wepa printer.  All of the options are shown below.

Once you've selected the appropriate printer, click the "Print" button to send your job to the wepa servers.  Because you logged into the computer with an Argonet account your job will automatically be associated with your account - no more need to re-login to the wepa software!  You'll see a pop-up notification in the bottom right hand side of the screen once your job has been sent.

The "wepa Code" shown above is unique to the print job that you just sent.  If you have your Nautilus Card you DO NOT need to remember or write down these release codes. Once you're done sending jobs to print, visit a kiosk (locations) and login (swipe your Nautilus Card at the kiosk) to manage your account or release multiple jobs at once.

"Guest" printing with wepa (no Argonet account)

Complete your work as you normally would. When you are ready to print, use the application's print button to bring up the list of printers you have access to.

Note: The wepa BW (black & white) printer is the default printer. Jobs sent to this printer will only print single-sided.  If you want to print in color, or if you want to print double-sided, select the appropriate wepa printer.  All of the options are shown below.

Once you've selected the appropriate printer, click the "Print" button to load the wepa software.  Once it loads you'll see an application window like the one shown below.  On this screen you can 1) log into your wepa account if you've already created one in the past, 2) register for an account if you'd like to create one, 3) print as a "Guest" (this is the button labeled "No account, print now and get a wepa code").

These instructions assume that you used the "No account" button.  Once your job has been sent to the wepa servers you'll be shown a confimation window.

The "wepa Code" shown above is unique to the print job that you just sent.  You'll want to write down or remember this code and each job you send will have a unique code.  Once you're done sending jobs to print, visit a kiosk (locations) and select the "wepa code" option to type in your code and print your job.
