The focus in ICFE IV is to refine technical skills of teaching and to provide a vehicle for critical, reflective thinking regarding teacher behaviors. They will complete a professionally written report stating the approach used, the goal of the practicum, a brief review of related literature, a summary of the practicum experiences and a statement of the conclusions reached.
