Practical application of theory and methodology to teaching English in the
secondary schools. Involves six week classroom practicum, a twelve week Writing
Lab practicum, unit planning that takes into account the Sunshine State
Standards, curriculum building, a teaching presentation, and a research project
related to the teaching and integrating of the language arts. Permission is
required. Material and supply fee will be assessed.
