Research methods in general and procedures for studying problems related to
emotionally handicapped children. The student will identify a problem, conduct a
literature review and develop a method for studying the selected problem.
Simulated educational data, relevant to emotional handicap, will be analyzed
with aid of a computer. The student will use the results to answer questions
relevant to emotionally handicapped students.

Prerequisite: EED 6705.
Identification of a problem in the area of EH, review of pertinent literature
and preparation of a proposal with all the necessary information, conduct of
research in a professional manner, evaluation and written report of the results.
