Assists students in developing competencies for analyzing regulations affecting adult and continuing education, selecting organizational patterns, executing management responsibilities, staff selection and training, administering supportive services, and arranging for community involvement.

ADE 5385 Adult Learning . . . . . 3(CALL DEPT)
Assists students in developing competencies for critical analysis of problems in adult learning. Psychological factors affecting learning, achievement, and motivation throughout the adult life-cycle will be emphasized.

ADE 6930 Seminar: Adult and Continuing Education . . . . . 3(CALL DEPT)
