growth. Drawing from Theravada, Mahayana, Tantra and Zen, topics include
four noble truths, suffering, dependent organization, sense of self,
mindfulness, consciousness, spiritual practice, freedom, compassion and
enlightenment.

Human potential and personal-conscious growth, blending Eastern and
Western psychologies. Topics include learning consensus reality, states
and levels of consciousness, meditation and mindfulness, happiness,
attachments and transpersonal counseling. Course requirements include
keeping a journal, writing a comprehensive paper and practicing
meditation. Permission of instructor required for auditing.
