proper management of human resources. Emphasis is upon recruitment,
selection placement, and evaluation of school personnel.

constitutional law, legislative enactments, school policies, and the
relationships among these aspects of school law as they pertain to
administration. Tort liability, due process for students, corporal
punishment, teacher contracts, and other law relating to authority and

education, including federal, state, and local financial support
programs. School finance as related to taxation and other areas of

behaviors that constitute crises. This need has emerged as traditional
restraints on students' behavior have been eroded and schools deal with
students who suffer from a lack of proper socialization and emotional
self-control. The students will apply major psychological theories to
management of human behavior in schools. The student will design a
systematic behavior management plan, including intervention in crisis
situations, for student in a school setting.
