Develops skills for evaluating and for conducting applied research studies in an appropriate area of emphasis. Includes
strategies of research appropriate for particular area of emphasis and methods appropriate for those strategies. Students are

certification requirements should indicate specialization interests by selecting a suffix. Specialization areas are: (a) early
