College of Arts & Social Sciences
The mission of the College of Arts & Social Sciences is to provide a global education for the future needs of our students and our society. Toward that end, the goals of the College are:

College of Business
The College of Business aims to provide an educational experience of the highest quality in business administration at the undergraduate and graduate levels to the Northwest Florida region. Administrators and faculty aspire for business students to become educated and to succeed--to be able to understand, to reason, to communicate, and to continue to learn.

To pursue this mission, the College of Business directs its activities toward achieving the following goals:

College of Education
The mission of the College of Education and the professional education unit is to provide appropriate undergraduate and graduate programs for initial teacher certification as well as the preparation of advanced level professional educators. The Unit's programs are specifically designed to empower individuals to think, communicate, strategically plan, integrate technology, and to develop their cognitive and affective human potential sufficiently to become exemplary educational leaders in 21st Century schools. Within the context of the PEU mission, the goal of "empowerment" undergirds the Unit's structure, curricular design, and conceptual framework(s). Faculty in the Unit believe that:

College of Science & Technology
The College of Science of Technology exists to create and disseminate knowledge in diverse areas of science, mathematics, and engineering. In order to successfully meet the technological challenges of the 21st century and to serve the needs of an increasingly knowledge-based society, the college is committed to:
