PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
In addition to general university requirements and General Studies requirements, students seeking the B.A. in Art must meet the requirements listed below.

A grade of "C" or better must be earned in all courses that are part of a major program. Deficiencies in art requirements may be satisfied by course work at UWF. However, none of the art courses in the General Studies curriculum may be used to satisfy junior/senior requirements. All course choices must have art faculty advisor approval. All electives must have the consent of an art advisor.

The Department of Art reserves the right to retain for the University's collection any work produced by students as part of the requirements for their degree programs.

Candidates for admission to UWF's NCATE/DOE approved teacher education programs must meet admission requirements detailed under Admission to Teacher Education. In addition to the program requirements noted below, teacher education students must also complete requirements specified under Teacher Education.
